
Dr. Isabella Amar
Dentist – DDS
Dr. Amar earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Mathematics from the University
of Washington before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the UW School of Dentistry.
She values the opportunity to care for patients from diverse backgrounds and enjoys connecting with
them personally—often utilizing her fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese to better serve her community.
Outside the office, Dr. Amar enjoys spending time with her son and traveling when she can. She looks
forward to welcoming you and helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile.

Dr. Raymond Hsu
Dentist – DDS, MAGD, LLSR
Raymond Hsu, DDS, MAGD, LLSR, is a skilled dentist with over three decades of experience in the field who practices at Wellness Centered Dentistry in Redmond, Washington. He specializes in restorative dentistry, as well as treating conditions like sleep apnea and occlusal disease.
Dr. Hsu is dedicated to continually improving his knowledge, skills, and proficiency in the field of oral health. He works as a clinical instructor at the University of Washington School of Dentistry to engage with the next generation of talented dentists. He has taken over 2,000 hours of continuing education courses in all aspects of general dentistry, with a special emphasis in bioesthetics.
Dr. Hsu treats his patients with care and compassion, making a visit to his office a pleasant experience for anyone. He also spends time providing community service in dentistry outside of his professional practice. In fact, one of his crowning achievements was being recognized by the Academy of General Dentistry, where he earned his fellowship and mastership, with its Lifelong Learning and Service Award in 2014. Dr. Hsu was only the 113th recipient of the commendation in the world.
When he’s not busy transforming smiles and enhancing lives in the process, Dr. Hsu enjoys hiking, golfing, reading, and singing with the Northwest Sound Chapter of the Barbershop.

Dr. Lauren Ma
Dentist – DDS
Dr. Lauren Ma is a PNW native and has been proudly serving patients on the Eastside, where she grew up, for nearly the last decade. Dr. Ma received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at the University of the Pacific and her Doctor of Dental Surgery at UOP’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Upon completing an accelerated track to her career, Dr. Ma pursued advanced dental education at the Pankey Institute, a renowned and respected institution at the forefront of dental education and professional development. She loves that dentistry is ever-evolving and is committed to staying on top of the latest materials, methods, and innovations to provide the best care for her patients.
Dr. Ma aims to give her patients precise, comprehensive oral health care while being compassionate. She understands that each patient is unique and that by employing a patient-centered approach, she can tailor treatment to each person’s specific requirements, desires, and situations. Dr. Ma values time spent educating and partnering with patients, as she believes it empowers them to develop the habits and knowledge to improve their overall well-being. This philosophy has facilitated her approach to guiding patients to make the best decisions for themselves while she provides clinically excellent care for them.
Dr. Ma values maintaining her relationships and collaboration with colleagues and her dedication to continuing education by staying involved in two study clubs, one of which she hosts for colleagues in the Greater Seattle Area. She has served on the Executive Committee of the Seattle/King County Dental Society and remains involved on the DEI Committee and as an active member. She often finds a way to blend her work and life passions by traveling abroad for dental outreach. She has cared for underserved populations in Belize, Jamaica, and Kenya. Dr. Ma also values providing local access to care and is grateful for her various volunteer experiences around the region.
In her free time, Dr. Ma enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her family and friends. She will never turn down an opportunity to check out new places to eat or hike – two of the PNW’s most significant assets!

Dr. Benjamin Neal
Dentist – DMD, FACP
Dr. Neal is a board-certified prosthodontist originally from the Portland, Oregon area and is thrilled to be back in the Pacific Northwest. After several years in Texas and California, he returned home to be closer to his family, including his parents, sister, brother-in-law, and three beloved nieces and nephew.
Dr. Neal earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seattle University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) with Highest Honors from Oregon Health & Science University. He then completed a three-year residency in Prosthodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Prosthodontics, one of the twelve ADA-recognized dental specialties, focuses on the diagnosis, treatment planning, and restoration of oral function, comfort, and appearance for patients with missing or deficient teeth and oral structures. Dr. Neal was drawn to this specialty in dental school thanks to mentors who recognized his curiosity, meticulous nature, and commitment to understanding the “why” behind every treatment decision.
His philosophy centers on providing evidence-based, comprehensive prosthodontic care that blends science with empathy, ethics, and collaboration. Dr. Neal believes in an interdisciplinary approach, working closely with both colleagues and patients to achieve outcomes that are functional, esthetic, and personalized. He is also passionate about integrating advanced digital technology to deliver precise, reliable, and modern treatment solutions.
Outside the office, Dr. Neal enjoys spending time with his senior rescue pit bull, Collins, staying active with gym workouts and yoga, and embracing his favorite role: being an uncle.
